I stopped updating in Jan 2009 because I felt letting my work run basically on auto pilot for a year proved that the mms site model was profitable and scalable.
In March 2009 after 13 months on auto pilot EPN suspended my account for a second time citing suspicious activity and suspended me for 7 days again.
I was fed up with EPN at this point. My account was reactivated with no apology or explanation. I decided to let my niche sites take their course.
At this time google was also starting to play games and I was re-starting my ads on a new domain with a QS of 8 only to find a few days later they banned my domain again. After 15 domain changes and 5 months later Aug 2009 Google banned my ads citing repeatedly submitting ads with poor QS.
So in Aug 2009 I stopped all PPC advertising and closed my site, on to my next project.
Quality scores for adwords range from 7 to 10. I was shocked to see a QS of 10 on some of the MMS niches.
Average CPC is now $0.07
July 8 google slap, changed domain updated adwords ads, slowly turned campaigns back on. Running on auto pilot from July 11 2008 to present(Jan 25, 2009).
May and June ran on auto pilot no slaps or issues. I checked the stats on adwords and EPN about once a week. I have not added any new MMS sites since Feb 08.
In April I switched to EPN, I spent over $5,000 in adwords and only generated $7,000 in revenue that was only $2,000 in profit for the month of April due to EPN tracking issues. It was still a profit so I let my campaigns continue to run.
March 1, I turned on all my paused adwords campaigns at once (a big mistake) and got google slapped the next day. I changed domains and updated the adwords ads with the new domain name and slowly one campaign at a time over 3 days re-started my adwords campaigns.
The last week of February Ebay terminated my affiliate account due to unusual traffic volumes.(From doubling my traffic so fast from the new MMS sites)
I requested an appeal and offered my Adwords stats to prove where all this traffic was coming from. They requested a few wording changes advising visitors that links clicked on my sites open on Ebay. I made the requested changes and was up and running again. It took 6 days to get resolved. During this week 2/23-2/28 I stopped my adwords ads and earned no revenue. It was a scary time.

The last week of Janruary 2008 1Kad had an MMS challenge that I participated in and built 100 MMS sites in 5 days.
